1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of 25 States out of 50 (Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia)
Must be 21+years old at the date of entry.
Employees, affiliates, and their family members are not eligible.

2. Sweepstakes Period
Begins at October 17
Ends at October 31
All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
3. How to Enter
Review Entry: Leave a review with a picture of your Wickey playset at playsets
Alternate Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Mail a 3” x 5” postcard with your full name, complete address, date of birth, phone number, and email to: Wickey Corporation, 112 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28284
No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries will be accepted. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.
Limit [1] entry per person, regardless of entry method.
Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive $500 USD.
Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
All income taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of winner.
If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner, selected by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. A maximum of three (3) alternate drawings will be held. If no eligible winner is confirmed after three (3) alternate drawings, the prize will remain unawarded.
5. Winner Selection & Odds
Potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Drawing will take place on or about November 3rd.
6. Winner Notification
Potential winner will be notified via [email/phone] within [X] days of the drawing.
Potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release. Potential winner must sign and return any required documents within seven (7) days of the date notice is sent, or by such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor shall have the option to select an alternate winner, subject to the same requirements.
7. Publicity Release
By entering, participants agree to allow Wickey Corporation to use their name, likeness, and review (if applicable) for promotional purposes without additional compensation or right of approval, except where prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
By entering this sweepstakes, participant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the Decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters.
Wickey reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes.
Sponsor shall not be responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, damages, illegible, incomplete, incorrect, or postage due entries; lost, late, or misdirected price notices; or any typographical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize. In the event of any such error, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this Sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. At the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering this sweepstakes, participant waives all right to, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, us, or misuse of an prize.

11. Governing Law and Forum
Participant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions.
Participant agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brough exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
