How will my order be delivered?
Larger packages, such as swing sets, are shipped via a freight carrier. Delivery to the curbside will occur after an appointment has been made by phone. Usually, unloading is done with a lift truck. In exceptional cases, manual unloading may be required, in which case we will specifically ask for your assistance.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times may vary depending on the size of the item. If you order multiple items, the item with the longest delivery time will determine the overall delivery time.
For items delivered by a freight carrier, such as swing sets, delivery will be arranged between you and the delivery company by phone. Therefore, it is very important that you provide us with a correct phone number.
