Delivery was faster than expected. Very durable, definitely need multiple people to move the play set once assembled. I would suggest assembling it right where you want it to be. Clear instructions. We were missing one piece of hardware and the customer service team was very responsive and sent out the replacement piece within a few days. Our kids love playing on our new play set!

I spent hours researching a multi-functional playset that would make efficient use of our small yard. The Smart Zone L was exactly what I had envisioned. My 7 year old works on tricks on the monkey bars while my 2 year old can climb up the ladder while. My 4 year old spends hours on the cargo net. I am impressed with the quality of the equipment. I originally priced out the cost to DIY something similar but the cost of monkey bars and a quality cargo net quickly made me realize that wasn’t worth the effort. This was a great deal and just two of us were able to set up the bulk of this set in one afternoon. We are so pleased with it!

I really appreciate that all the wood is pressure treated, all the sharp edges have been rounded down and everything is pre-drilled. The instructions are easy to follow. When i did get hung up on a step, the support team was quick to respond, so I could keep going with the build. There were a couple of small parts missing in the kit, and again the support team was quick to respond, shipping out the missing pieces the same day. Special thanks go out Marcus! I will recommend the Wickey playground kits to all my friends with little ones, and my wife will recommend they pay for the install.

Overall the play set is of good quality. Will honestly say the instructions leave a little to be desired. Not explicitly clear, need to be sure you have the right beam with hole pattern as easy to mix up. Whole sections report certain beam sizes that don’t exist but rather other beams sent but no clarity that it’s the case. Had to call customer service mid build. Missing some measurements sporadically and have to make some assumptions where to fasten together certain supports.

My nephews absolutely love their new swing set! Once it was built, my oldest nephew would run outside and swing every morning before school. Now that his little brother is old enough to swing, we can’t get them off of it! It’s like having their very own little park in their backyard. The rock climbing wall is one of his favorite parts, after the swing of course. We cannot wait to get the finishing touches on it, like the little sails, but it’s already so perfect! It’s even holding up well in the Florida sun and rain. Highly recommend Wickey to anyone looking for a play set. Plus their staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.

We looked at a bunch of different place sets before ordering this one from Wickey. We liked how low the top was, and how many different options there were for climbing. My kids love the slide, and these were the first swings that they mastered propelling on their own. It took a little longer than expected to arrive, but everything was well packed, and nothing was damaged upon arrival. All pre-drilled holes were in the appropriate spaces and the quality is exactly what you hope for. Wickey was very communicative throughout. We have already recommended them to multiple friends.

My Husband took a day and half putting this together, but her was doing it by himself, while dealing with other things to! He said it was easy enough to put up, quality is very good. Daughter chose the pink slide and violet roof, these colours are lovely and vibrant. She loves it, whether just to sit and swing or go bananas on it. Since having this she has gained confidence on other outside equipment at the parks near us, and willing to take risks. She is looking forward to find out what else she can do as she gets older. So glad we found this!

This is an excellent climbing frame, ideal to keep the kids entertained for a number of years. Instructions to build it are really good and the wood is a good quality and very little needed sanding to make it safe for the children to play on. I also really like that the swings can be changed as the children are older. Really good climbing frame - highly recommended and good customer support from Wickey when I need advice.

Very nice climbing frame. Our kids (6 years and 2 years) have a lot of fun with it. We also ordered a swing for the little ones. The construction went relatively fast. The quality of the play tower is also good. Friends recommended a Wickey tower to us. We are very satisfied. Since we have enough space in the garden, I think the tower will be extended in the next years. Definitely recommendable.

As we read the fantastic product description we knew that this would be the perfect climbing frame for our little ones (4 and 6 years old). They loved the story. The ordering process was quite easy and the delivery was quick so that we were able to assemble the GhostFlyer before the weekend. Now everybody is happy and playing outside!
