Great product

Delivery was delayed which was fine, arrived in a giant pallet.
They included different colors for the accessories which was nice

The actual instructions had some missing or outdated parts to it but it wasn’t hard to figure out what to do.
I’d consider this a non issue

my son lives on this playset. It’s used every day. Very happy with the purchase and the CS team’s response time for the delayed etc

Great Quality

We looked at a bunch of different place sets before ordering this one from Wickey. We liked how low the top was, and how many different options there were for climbing. My kids love the slide, and these were the first swings that they mastered propelling on their own. It took a little longer than expected to arrive, but everything was well packed, and nothing was damaged upon arrival. All pre-drilled holes were in the appropriate spaces and the quality is exactly what you hope for. Wickey was very communicative throughout. We have already recommended them to multiple friends.

Playset Review

We ordered the Smart Zone players with climbing walls slide and cargo net. The quality of the wood was fantastic. Assembly was about a 5 out of 10 . The cargo net did not fit exactly the way it should have , but in the end it worked great customer service was very accommodating with the cargo net issue . Overall the set is very , very sturdy and will give our grandkids years of enjoyment
