How does delivery from Wickey work?

We ship our swing sets and other products to you via a reliable carrier service. Depending on the size and weight of your order, delivery may take place by parcel service or freight forwarding.

How are Wickey playsets packaged and delivered?

Safety first - this is our packaging motto! You'll receive your goods safely, robustly and securely packaged. Pallets will be wrapped in a protective film. Larger items, such as swing sets, will be delivered to your curbside just as safely.

Can the carrier help transport the swing set onto my property?

Unfortunately, the carrier is unable to provide this service due to operational constraints. Delivery is made to the curbside. From there, it is the customer's responsibility to move the items to their final location. We recommend having an extra pair of hands available to help move larger packages.

Can I select the date and time of delivery for my order?

You have the option to arrange your delivery day with the carrier. However, the delivery date should be no more than 3 days after the day the carrier contacted you. Otherwise, additional storage and delivery costs may be incurred and charged to you depending on the situation.

What are the shipping costs?

Wickey offers a flat-rate shipping of $150 for deliveries. For more details, please visit our Shipping and Delivery information page.

Where can I see the status of my order?

We always want to keep you updated about the status of your order, which is why we provide you with notifications throughout the ordering and delivery process. You'll therefore receive an email containing further information when your payment has been received, when your order is being prepared for dispatch, and when your order leaves our warehouse.

If your order is being delivered by a freight company, the carrier will get in touch with you to arrange a delivery appointment. We therefore ask you to check the contact details you have provided and to inform us directly via the contact form if there are any errors or change requests.

In the case of parcel deliveries, you'll receive a tracking link from the parcel delivery company once your order has been sent, allowing you to check the status of your delivery at any time.
