How do I send back an item?

We’re sorry that you need to return your item! Here’s how the process works:

  • First, Notify Us – You can return your item within 30 days of delivery, but please fill out the Return Form before sending it back. If your item is defective, different conditions may apply.
  • Return Shipping Costs – We’ll arrange the return shipment for you, but please note that return shipping costs may be higher than the initial delivery, as we subsidize outgoing shipping. Our customer service team will provide details on the exact return costs once you submit your request.
  • Restocking and Condition Fees – A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. If the item is not in new and unused condition, an additional restoration fee may be deducted. Your refund will be processed minus the return shipping, restocking, and possible restoration fees once we receive the item.
  • Packing & Pickup – Please securely pack the item in a commercially reasonable manner and have it ready for curbside pickup.
  • Reporting Damages – If your item was already damaged upon delivery, please report this in writing within 30 days. After this period, we cannot offer exchanges or returns.
